The Cabinet of the Grand Duchy of Mecklenburg-Strelitz and the Grand Duchy of Mecklenburg-Schwerin, as well as the Duchy of Pomerania has been appointed.
Parliament began its work at 6:30 pm on Wednesday, 18 November 2020. The Cabinet Seal used to seal all documents at Court is already in place.
The 7 ministers and the 38 regional councillors, consisting of representatives of the Allies, have been appointed by decree of Grand Duke Friedrich Maik in the Grand Duchies of Mecklenburg-Strelitz, Mecklenburg-Schwerin and the Duchy of Pomerania.
The legislature decides on and passes laws.

The judiciary was installed and established by decree of Grand Duke Friedrich Maik on Monday, 23 November 2020.
On Monday, 23 November 2020, 42 public prosecutors, consisting of representatives of the Allies, were appointed by decree of Grand Duke Friedrich Maik in the Grand Duchies of Mecklenburg-Strelitz, Mecklenburg-Schwerin and the Duchy of Pomerania.
The judiciary installed in the territory of the Grand Duchy consists of:
- Office of the Public Prosecutor General
- Public Prosecutor's Office
- Military Prosecutor's Office
The judiciary issues judgements on the basis of current law.

The executive branch of the Grand Duchy of Mecklenburg-Strelitz and the Grand Duchy of Mecklenburg-Schwerin, as well as the Duchy of Pomerania, has been installed.
The executive began work on at 11:00 am on Monday, 30 November 2020.
The executive, consisting of representatives of the Allies, was appointed by decree of Grand Duke Friedrich Maik in the Grand Duchies of Mecklenburg-Strelitz, Mecklenburg-Schwerin and the Duchy of Pomerania.
The executive branch installed in the territory of the Grand Duchy consists of:
- Military police
- Army
- Police
- and all types of weapons
The executive acts on the basis of the enacted and applicable laws and is tasked with upholding them.
